Use of the tools
The tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may use them to process files and content that you own or have the right to use. You must not use the site:
- to process content that is illegal or that infringes anyone else's rights;
- to attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
- to scrape or copy the site's content or code in bulk, or to resell access to the tools.
Your content
Files and text you process with the tools stay on your device (see our Privacy Policy). You keep all rights to your content, and you are responsible for it and for keeping your own backups.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results. Calculations, conversions and generated output may contain errors; check important results independently, and always keep a copy of your original files.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of the site are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site or its tools.
Third-party content
The site shows advertising and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or policies of third parties.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text, logo and code are owned by its operators. "SPCX Tools" is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any other company or brand. Other names mentioned on the site, such as file formats or software products, belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
Changes
We may change these terms or the tools at any time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
