Turn images into a PDF

Many forms, portals and colleagues ask for documents as a single PDF — but what you have is a set of photos: scanned receipts, pictures of a signed contract, an ID card, homework pages or design drafts. This JPG to PDF converter combines images into one tidy PDF with one image per page. Choose a standard page size or let each page match its image, set margins and orientation, and arrange the order before creating the file. It all happens in your browser.

Features

  • Many formats in: JPG, PNG, HEIC/HEIF, WebP, GIF, BMP and more.
  • Page sizes: A4, US Letter, or fit each page to its image.
  • Orientation: automatic per image, or fixed portrait/landscape.
  • Margins: none, small or large.
  • Reorder and remove images before creating the PDF.
  • Original quality: JPG and PNG images are embedded without re-compression.

Typical uses

Submitting documents. Combine photos of an ID, certificate or signed form into a single PDF for an application or upload portal.

Expense reports. Turn receipt photos into one PDF for your accountant or reimbursement system.

School and university. Photograph handwritten homework pages and submit them as one PDF in the correct order.

Portfolios and catalogues. Collect artwork, product photos or screenshots in a shareable document.

Tips for good results

  • Shoot documents flat and evenly lit, filling the frame. Crop the photos first with Crop Image to remove backgrounds.
  • Use A4 or Letter if the PDF might be printed, so pages come out at a standard size.
  • Watch the file size. Phone photos are large; a 20-page PDF of photos can exceed email limits. Use Compress PDF afterwards, or Compress Image before converting.

To combine existing PDFs instead, use Merge PDF. To convert PDF pages back to images, use PDF to JPG.

Frequently asked questions

Does converting to PDF reduce image quality?
Not for JPG and PNG files — they are embedded in the PDF exactly as they are, without re-compression. Other formats such as HEIC or WebP, and JPGs that need rotating, are converted to high-quality JPG first.
Which page size should I choose?
Choose A4 (used in most of the world) or Letter (USA and Canada) if the PDF will be printed or submitted as a document. Fit to image makes each page exactly the size of its image, which is ideal for viewing on screen.
What does automatic orientation do?
With Auto, landscape images get landscape pages and portrait images get portrait pages, so each image fills as much of the page as possible. Choose Portrait or Landscape to force the same orientation for every page.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. The PDF is created in your browser, so your photos — for example ID documents or receipts — never leave your device.
How many images can I add?
There's no fixed limit. Very large photos make large PDFs; if the file is too big, reduce it afterwards with Compress PDF, or compress the images first.
Are iPhone photos rotated correctly?
Yes. The orientation stored in the photo's EXIF data is applied, so pictures appear the right way up in the PDF.
