Rearrange PDF pages visually
Pages in the wrong order, a scan where the back pages came first, a chapter that belongs at the end — fixing these used to require expensive PDF software. This PDF organizer shows every page as a thumbnail so you can drag pages into the right order, rotate pages that are sideways and remove pages you don't need, all in one step. It runs entirely in your browser, so your documents stay private.
What you can do
- Reorder pages by drag and drop, or with step-by-step move buttons on touch devices.
- Rotate individual pages or all pages at once.
- Delete pages, with one click to undo.
- Reset to the original order at any time.
- Download a new PDF with your changes — the original file is never modified.
Useful for
Double-sided scans. Scanning the fronts and then the backs of a stack produces pages in the order 1, 3, 5 … 6, 4, 2. Drag them into the right sequence.
Assembling reports and portfolios. After merging several files, place the cover, contents, chapters and appendices in the right order.
Preparing print jobs. Move pages so that inserts, separators or forms appear exactly where they should.
Tips
- Use the original page number shown on each thumbnail ("p.") to keep track while rearranging long documents.
- For large documents, first remove unneeded pages with Delete PDF Pages, then reorder the rest here.
- To combine several PDFs before organizing, use Merge PDF; to fix only orientation, Rotate PDF is quickest.
