Sign PDFs without printing
Printing a document just to sign it, then scanning it back, wastes time and paper. With this tool you can sign rental agreements, permission slips, invoices, offer letters, NDAs and forms right in your browser in under a minute. Create your signature once — drawn, typed or from a photo — place it exactly where it belongs and download a signed PDF ready to send.
Features
- Three ways to sign: draw with mouse, finger or stylus; type your name in a handwriting style; or upload a signature image.
- Ink colors: black, blue or red.
- Drag and resize the signature directly on the page preview.
- Sign multiple pages or several places on one page.
- Automatic trimming of empty space around your signature.
- Rotation-aware placement on landscape and rotated pages.
- Private: the document never leaves your device.
Tips for professional results
| Tip | Why |
|---|---|
| Use blue ink for originals | Makes it obvious the document was signed, not copied |
| Sign at a realistic size | About 4–6 cm (1.5–2.5 in) wide looks natural |
| Place it on the signature line | Drag so the signature sits slightly above the line |
| Add your printed name and date | Type them in the form first, or use Add Text to Image for scanned forms |
Before you send
Check every page that needs initials or a signature. If you received several files, combine them first with Merge PDF. For large scanned documents, reduce the size with Compress PDF so the signed file is easy to email. To mark a copy as confidential, add a watermark.
