Weighing tips
Weighing baking ingredients is far more accurate than measuring by volume: a "cup" of flour can weigh anywhere from 120 to 150 grams depending on how it's packed. If a recipe gives grams, use a kitchen scale; switch it to ounces if you follow American recipes.
